Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm EST/EDT (excluding holidays). Specific delivery times not accepted ie. after 12pm, between 1pm and 6pm, etc. Courier will not call to arrange deliveries. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home. You may choose to leave your gift No Signature Required (NSR) to avoid missed deliveries due to no one being home (available for homes only, where courier has direct access to the front door).
