This year Easter is March 31, 2013.  Remember we will be closed from Good Friday (March 29th) to Easter Monday (April 1st), and no baskets are shipped and/or delivered during this time, so order early to ensure your gift basket is delivered in time for Easter. Easter orders placed after 1pm EST March 27th will NOT arrive before Easter, regardless of shipping method selected.
Here are our estimated ground delivery times for Canada: BC 4-5 days, Alberta 3-4 days, Saskatchewan 3-4 days, Manitoba 2-3 days, Ontario-including Toronto, Mississauga 1-2 days, Quebec-including Montreal and Laval 1-2 days, New Brunswick 2-3 days, Nova Scotia 2-4 days, Newfoundland 5-7 days, PEI 2-4 days. GUARANTEED shipping is 1-2 business days (guaranteed shipping is not available in more remote areas, RR or PO box addresses). Delivery to the USA is ground service only and will take 3-8 days depending on the destination. Ground service is not guaranteed. Delivery times are business days only. Same day service is not available. For 1-2 business day GUARANTEED DELIVERY choose SELECT shipping. Delivery times do not include day of order regardless of shipping method. Here are some examples of shipping times: Eg #1.You order your gift basket on a Wednesday before 1pm EST. We will ship your gift the same day, this is day zero.If it is going to Ontario it should be delivered Thursday or Friday.It is GUARANTEED to arrive Thursday if SELECT shipping has been chosen. Eg #2 You order your gift basket on a Wednesday after 1pm EST. We will ship your gift on Thursday, this is day zero.If it is going to Ontario it should be delivered Friday or Monday.It is GUARANTEED to arrive Friday if SELECT shipping has been chosen. Eg #3 If you order your gift Saturday, your order will be processed and shipped Monday, this is day zero (we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, no processing or shipping occurs on these days).If your order is going to Ontario it should be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.It is GUARANTEED to arrive Tuesday if SELECT shipping has been chosen. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm EST/EDT (excluding holidays). Specific delivery times not accepted ie. after 12pm, between 1pm and 6pm, etc. Courier will not call to arrange deliveries. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home. You may choose to leave your gift No Signature Required (NSR) to avoid missed deliveries due to no one being home (available for homes only, where courier has direct access to the front door). Two delivery attempts will occur (not on the same day).  A delivery notice will be left (Due to their nature no such notice will be left at apartments or office buildings). After two attempts the gift will be held for approximately 5 days for pickup before being returned to us.  There will be an additional shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge for all returned gifts, as we are charged this by the courier. Delivery times to remote areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number from automan2000@canpar.com once your order has shipped in order to confirm delivery. Please DISREGARD the message in the email. Only refer to the tracking # as their message is not applicable to our customers.
