conditions provided, and my signature authorizes Boodles of
Baskets/Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping to charge my credit card
$1500 + GST* to design and set up my website and $25.00 + GST monthly
for maintenance fees**. I understand that after the first year,
domain registration will be $17.50 per year for .com, .net, .org sites
and $32.50 for .ca sites and that hosting of my site will be $80.00
per year (after the 1st year) in addition to the above fees***. |

non-refundable once we have begun building your website. All basket
images and descriptions remain the sole ownership of Boodles of
Baskets.
**you may cancel your maintenance fees at any time with 30 days
written notice. Maintenance fees are charged to your credit card on
the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th day of
the month, your account will be considered past due and suspended
until payment in full is received.
***These fees are subject to change with 30 days advance written
notice . |
| Any requested changes
to the website, after the initial design, except for those described
above may be subject to further charges. All such requests will be
given a quote, in writing, as required for approval before such work
is begun. |
| You agree to forward
all orders received from this website to Boodles of Baskets/Gift
Baskets Canada Drop Shipping and agree to immediate removal of said
website from the internet should these arrangements be breeched.
Should this occur you agree that Boodles of Baskets/Gift Baskets
Canada Drop Shipping will not be held responsible for lost revenue or
incurred expenses to you and that you will not be entitled to any
refunds of fees not already set out in this document. |
